We are based out of Tucker, Georgia, USA. We service a wide area of northeast metro Atlanta including Tucker, Lilburn, Stone Mountain, Smoke Rise, Clarkston, Norcross, Doraville, Chamblee, Atlanta, Avondale Estates, Dunwoody, Decatur, and other communities within a 30-minute drive of Tucker, Georgia. (Drive time estimated using GPS navigation services.) Bookings beyond the 30-minute drive time may incur a travel fee and/or an increased hour minimum. After your date and location have been approved and you would like to move forward, we will send a booking contract via Google Form to fill out, with the Terms & Agreements attached. Acceptance of the Terms & Agreement is required to complete your booking, along with a nonrefundable booking fee of $40 to reserve your date. Upon receipt of the completed contract we will send you a Square invoice with a link for payment. We accept credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Once we receive the booking fee your event is considered booked and your date will be held! Magic Party Faces LLC will be in contact with you one to two days before the event to confirm details and coordinate.

The duration of a booking should be determined by the number of faces to be painted. The artist can paint 8-12 faces per hour or apply 10-15 glitter tattoos per hour depending on complexity and efficiency. We suggest booking ample time for your group size to ensure everyone who wants to participate will be able. If you are unsure how long to make your booking for, please do not hesitate to ask for suggestions. 

*Please note that the artist is only obligated to stay for the previously agreed upon duration of service regardless of how many people have received service.

Health and sanitation is very important to us. Magic Party Faces LLC is proud to have sanitation policies in place to support the health of our artists, clients, and guests. We use a sanitizing rinse system for our brushes, hand sanitizer, and fresh, sanitized sponges or disposable applicators for lip and eye areas. Many face paints are formulated to be antimicrobial as well. We use disposable tattoo stencils and sanitize skin with alcohol before application of glitter tattoos. If you would like for the artist to wear a face mask while painting we are happy to accommodate your request. 

All paints, glues, and glitters used by Magic Party Faces LLC are professional quality, cosmetic-grade products designed for use on skin. However, Magic Party Faces LLC cannot guarantee the products will not cause a reaction. We are not liable for any irritations, rashes, or reactions that arise from being painted. Individuals with sensitive skin or skin allergies are advised not to participate.

All of our paints are easily removed with soap, warm water, and a washcloth. Some mild staining may occur with darker or neon colors but should not persist. All products used by Magic Party Faces LLC are cosmetic grade. Face paint should be removed before going to sleep.

Glitter tattoos last 3-5 days and may last even longer with care. When you are ready to remove it, saturate the tattoo with rubbing alcohol using a cotton ball or pad and let sit for a couple of minutes. Once the alcohol has saturated the design, gently rub away the glitter and glue. Glitter tattoos are not recommended for the face. 

We are so proud to offer face painting to almost all humans! Unfortunately, not everyone is able to participate in face painting. Due to insurance and sanitation restrictions, we are unable to paint anyone:

- under the age of three (3) years old

- displaying visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, etc.)

- with open sores or skin irritation

- who is unwilling to be painted or crying

If anyone is unable to be painted, alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
